to the Director and collaborating with the Design management team on strategic opportunities and the exploration
phase of concept development. Design management including the areas of Stationery, Tabletop & Gift and Custom and Business Sales. The role entailed day to day management, development and administration of the team; cross-functional department, vendor and client meetings; providing art direction as required on a per project basis and responsibility for reviewing staff designs with the Director.

Manager Senior Designer / Custom Design
Tiffany & Co., New York City, 2004 – 2006

Cross-functional design team leader and designer; our group delivered the highest caliber
artwork to meet and exceed the needs of our internal and external customers. We were aligned with
Custom Design and Category Management, working closely with external vendors and
the Jewelry and Hollowware shops to assure the achievability of our unique designs for clients.
Among our project mix the team created extraordinary custom and statement jewelry, custom retail
and statement sterling silver hollowware. My role included analyzing requests, assigning and monitoring projects; providing artistic direction and aesthetic leadership while coaching and developing staff.
I managed the creation of presentation art and looks binders in support of high-profile events for the Worldwide VP of Client Development with designs focused on an exceptional collection of colored stones.
We had a great team!
I recommended and planned technology and project focused training; and with our IT
and design partners successfully integrated new software and hardware to enhance workflow.
Working with the Custom Design team, Legal, Marketing and QA we defined Design Hallmarking for CD, Retail,
Designer, Promotional and Marketing images.

I began freelancing for Tiffany & Co. in 1987 and joined the Company as a staff designer in 1990. I created designs and produced
artwork for products running through virtually the entire spectrum of Tiffany merchandise; ranging from china and crystal to silver,
leather goods and accessories, from black and white intricate rendering and technical documents to full color art,
3D visualization and model making. Responsible for designs reaching millions in annual sales dollars.

Additional responsibilities included the evaluation, planning and implementation of new software and technology to benefit
the Design department including administrative systems and training; and served in a department liaison role in Y2K awareness

creating a working internal website prototype focused on facilitating the interchange of client art for Custom Design projects.
