I have a life long passion for art and design. My Creative work and leadership roles have encompassed an extensive range of product categories: Custom and Luxury Retail to production, from the routine to the highly demanding; concurrently managing short turn arounds alongside projects of varied priority and duration. As a team leader I encourage talent, respect resources and have a keen appreciation for end results. Leading Design projects in a high-value environment has honed my ability to accurately assess client requirements and deliver excellence in Design. My years with Tiffany & Co. offered me experience, not only in Retail and Manufacturing, it also presented opportunities to support an array of Clients ranging from distinguished Corporate brands, high-profile entities, and a discreet and demanding private clientele. A background in the art studio and skills in the digital world have allowed me to integrate some of the best of traditional practice with new technologies.
I love working with a creative team; learning from and encouraging talent to achieve great work.

1990 – 2003

I began freelancing for Tiffany & Co. in 1987 and joined the Company as a staff designer in 1990. As a Designer relatively new to Luxury products I was privileged to work with John Loring, several accomplished art directors, and the product development and merchandising groups in creating designs and producing artwork for products running through virtually the entire spectrum of Tiffany merchandise; ranging from china and crystal to silver, leather goods, fragrance and accessories; from black and white intricate rendering and technical documents to full color art, 3D visualization and model making. Many of the designs I was responsible for achieved millions in sales revenues.

Additional responsibilities included the evaluation, planning and implementation of new software and technology to benefit the Design department including administrative systems and training; and served in a department liaison role in Y2K awareness and transition. In 1998 I partnered with the Corporate Design Director and IT on an Intranet project; researching and creating a working internal website prototype focused on facilitating the interchange of client art for Custom Design projects.
